Kid Friendly - 2006/09/18 21:14 One great thing about Trump Taj Mahal is that it has an arcade, which makes it kid friendly. It is also on the boardwalk, right in the area of food and not too far from rides for the kids. The arcade is actually pretty big and includes games for most ages, from Skeeball for the family to House of the Dead for the older kids/adults. You can win tickets on most of the games, which can be turned in for prizes.

For the animal lovers, there is a group of cats that live under the boardwalk right by Taj Mahal. There is a group of people who come to feed the cats and, they accept donations for food, from anyone who wishes to donate. The cats are sometimes very friendly and sometimes very shy. It is always nice to visit them and see how they are doing. They don't seem to mind the company of the seagulls. Most of the time, the cats can be seen sitting amongst the seagulls in fact, who knew!!! I was surprised to learn that there are many people who know about the cats and, if you hang out long enough, you will hear many stories about the cats and their caregivers from passerby's.

Re:Kid Friendly - 2006/09/20 00:21 A couple updates to Kristy's post...

1) From what I have read online, the Steel Pier will soon be history... Trump is expected tp close it and try to do something similer to The Pier At Caesars...
This wouldn't affect the arcade though as it is inside Taj itself...

2) For more info regarding the cats, there is some good info @ http://www.alleycat.org/pdf/atlanticcity.pdf
